YOUR INVITATION      YOUR CATALOGUE  φ   18th January - 15th February 2012 at Waterhouse & Dodd New York       A MAJOR RETROSPECTIVE OF ABSTRACT PAINTINGS & 3-DIMENSIONAL OBJECTS   BY GEORGES FOLMER 1895-1977       Waterhouse & Dodd presents a major retrospective of the French abstract artist, Georges Folmer. The exhibition comprises 44 paintings, sculptures and 'roto-peintures' (3-dimensional works with moving panels), created between 1928 and 1968, and is accompanied by a 60 page catalogue: 'φ - works by Georges Folmer', published by Waterhouse & Dodd, 2012, A4, pp60.   The exhibition opens at Waterhouse & Dodd's gallery at 104 Greene Street in SoHo with a private view on Tuesday 17th January, followed by a reception on Wednesday 18th January for the artist's daughter, Catherine Folmer Santoni.
